WEAR SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS ‘Zero Tile’ Skirt Liners have been developed by WSS to improve conveyer belt performance, by eliminating premature wear caused by skirt damage. The Zero Tile is installed with a zero-gap tolerance, preventing material from getting under the skirt liner and causing belt damage. The Zero Tile system is also significantly lighter than existing metallic skirt liners, increasing installation safety and efficiency.

• WELD OVERLAY ZERO TILE incorporates high impact resistant chromium carbide overlay plate in a wear resistant polyurethane matrix. Best used for applications where there is significant volume on the belts or where impact is a concern.

• CERAMIC ZERO TILE utilises our 92% alumina ceramic tiles in a wear resistant polyurethane matrix. Best used in applications where minimal impact or outward pressure will be applied to the ceramics.
